Delicatesse de Noblesse is a small artisanal food brand created by Annelies Noblesse.

After years of working in strategy and consulting, I felt a growing desire to create something tangible — something made with my hands. Food had always been part of my life: I completed six years of evening culinary training and have always been passionate about cooking with real ingredients.

As someone with gluten sensitivity, I often struggled to find snacks that were both safe and truly enjoyable. Many gluten-free products felt overly processed or disappointing in taste.

Delicatesse de Noblesse was born from that frustration: a small brand focused on creating simple, nourishing snacks that are naturally gluten-free, made in small batches, and crafted with care.
