Gluten-free oat flakes, dates, pecans, quinoa flakes, cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds, honey, coffee, extra virgin olive oil, cocoa, salt.

Storage: keep cool and dry. Shelf life: 5 weeks from the baking date; see the pack for its best-before date.

Made in weekly batches: production starts on Mondays, with orders from the previous week included in the next production plan. Production takes at least 3 working days before dispatch. Timing depends on when you order, ingredient availability and the production schedule.

Delivery across the eurozone. Transit after dispatch: Belgium: 4–5 working days. Spain: 2–3 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
